Commander Doll has been a police officer in Orland Park for the past twenty-five years.  Prior to Orland Park, he was a Patrol Officer for the Olympia Fields Police Department.

His prior assignments include Patrol, Juvenile Officer, Field Training Officer, Investigator, Evidence Technician, Patrol Sergeant, Patrol Lieutenant, Field Training Supervisor/ Coordinator and Firearms/ Tactical Training Supervisor.  Commander Doll has also served as the departments Special Response Team Supervisor.

Commander Doll holds a B.A. in Public Administration from Governors State University and a Masters Degree in Criminal/ Social Justice from Lewis University.  He is also a graduate of the Northwestern University School of Police Staff and Command and Northwestern Universities Executive Management Program. 

Commander Doll and his wife have one son.
